Passing the PC Operation NC II (National Certificate Level II)

PC Operation NC II (PC Operation National Certification Level II) Assessment is composed of areas of competencies, namely (1) Operate a Word Processing Application, (2) Operate a Spreadsheet Application, (3) Operate a Presentation Package and (4) Operate Email and Search the Web Using Browser. The assessment is composed of two parts, the first part is the demonstration which runs for 2 hours and the second part is the one-on-one interview with the assessor.

The assessor may ask you to perform several skills or ask your underpinning knowledge.
