TESDA - TMTP - Trainors Methodology Training Program / Output Included

TMTP or Trainors Methodology Training Program is a 5 day course designed for National Certificate Passers or NC Licensed Holders. It is designed by TESDA or Technical Education Skills Development Authority in the Philippines enabling teachers to competently teach their field or area of specialization.

There will be a 15 to 17 output of the TMTP before the candidate will be confirmed as full TQ or Trainor's Qualification.

On the first day to fourth day, students will undergo training, but on the fifth day morning, there will be an assessment based on the 4 days of the seminar. The student will undergo examination if the are competent or not yet competent to teach. Once they passed, they will be entitled for a certification and they are allowed to teach skilled course based on their area of specialization.
