The Fashion of Teaching

How can a student learn? It is because of a teacher. But there are two kinds of a teacher in terms of why he is teaching. First one is because of Money only, and the second one is for Living and Fashion.

You might see there are similarities of each. The first one is Teacher for Money where, a teacher cannot teach without any expected compensation. The second one is a Teacher is expecting compensation what with care to what he is teaching and to his students because of his fashion of helping.

How can you determine your teacher if he is just teaching because of money, or he don't have any fashion in teaching. Well, a teacher for money is he treat teaching as purely work and doesn't care about his students. He don't treat his fellow teacher as a holder of a noblest profession but he treat it as co-employees. He impress his immediate superior and not his students.

How about the other teacher, a list of few might be helpful for us to determine if the teacher has his fashion on teaching.


1. He holds strong relationship with his fellow teachers by concern and care to everybody even his students.
2. He keeps his lesson accurately and avoid wrong teachings or even unprepared lessons.
3. He keeps his mind always updated to the latest trends depends on his major subjects.
4. He listens to the voice of students and know the student feelings.
5. He gives unconditional love and care to his students despite of the level of teacher and student relation.
6. He supports actively every curricular activities of the school.
7. He respect the decision and maintain good relation with his immediate superior in Academic such as the Dean and Registrar.
8. Provide quality service and doesn't talk about the Teacher's Salary and Education Requirements.
9. Maintain good impression to the students rather than impressing his immediate superior, administration and staff of the school.
10. Maintain a good conscience and avoid immoral conduct to students and gives full respect to students as a equal human.
11. He treat his Job as a Noblest Profession and the most important Profession in the world.
12. He doesn't care about popularity and special treatment as a teacher.
13. He gives quizzes and examination not to kill time but to know if the student is learning.
14. He don't just teach but gives more information and relate the studies in whole life.
15. Helps to motivate students to learn and think positively.

A good example of this teachers are like CF, a hardware teacher from a computer school, and other teachers who practice above qualities.
